Nothing But Noodles Closes A Multi-Unit Franchising Deal

Nothing but Noodles, the famous global noodle concept based out of Arizona, has announced its official entrance into the Northern New England states. 

Area Director Luke Shullenberger recently purchased the development rights to territories in Vermont and Southern New Hampshire, with plans to expand throughout the rest of New England.

“The development potential here in the northeast is very exciting,” claims Shullenberger.  “Fast-Casual dining is the #1 fastest growing segment of the Restaurant industry, and I chose to invest in Noodles because it is, hands-down, one of the best concepts out there.”

Mr. Shullenberger has identified a site in South Burlington, Vermont, and is working with franchisee partners to develop the first of several stores planned for the area.  The lease is in negotiation, and construction should begin just after the holidays.  Shullenberger is currently in the preliminary stages of negotiations for three more stores in the following areas as well:  Plattsburgh, NY; Portsmouth, NH; Manchester, NH.

“This is most definitely a time of expansion for Nothing but Noodles as we continue to increase our presence across the U.S.,” said President Todd Welker.  “We want customers everywhere to have the opportunity to experience our great food and service, and we’re excited that Luke has decided to bring our concept to the New England states.”

According to Shullenberger, “The quality of the food, price point, speed, and upscale dining environment are unsurpassed.  This [northeast] area is the most underserved market in the country for fast-casual restaurants, and I am confidant that Noodles will be a big hit with customers and with investors.”

Nothing but Noodles is the fresh alternative to fast casual dining, offering global taste selections from Asian Pad Thai and Beef Stroganoff to a variety of pan-seared soups, hand-tossed salads, and delectable desserts.
