Nothing But Noodles Announces New Ownership in Albuquerque

Mr. Tabet is a real estate developer and builder for commercial properties in and around Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico.  He is also a business partner of several other QSR concepts.

“I chose to invest in Nothing but Noodles because I understand the concept’s potential…the true worth of the existing stores and of the brand itself, not only in Albuquerque but everywhere,” claims Tabet.  “I am also very loyal to the brand, myself, as I have eaten at Nothing but Noodles weekly for the past 5-6 years and have yet to get sick of it.  That in itself truly says something about a place.”

Encouraging the sale of the two Albuquerque stores, located at 5011 Montgomery Blvd. and 5901 Wyoming NE, represents a constant effort by the franchisor to protect its brand and to ensure that all Nothing but Noodles customers are receiving the best possible product and service, whether on the east coast or the west.  

“We look for and monitor brand consistency and customer satisfaction,” claims Nothing but Noodles Co-Founder Chad Everts.  “If there is any question about the efficiency of operation or level of customer satisfaction being conducted at a certain location, we fully support new ownership.”

Tabet is in the very beginning stages of opening a third location, which will be located in Rio Rancho, and is also actively seeking two other strategic locations in Albuquerque.  His goal is to open ten to twelve Nothing but Noodles restaurants throughout the state over the next few years, five to seven of those being in Albuquerque.
