Frederick, MD is Host to NaturaLawn of America's National Franchise Meeting - 23 Achieved Awards Presented

NaturaLawn of America, the lawn care industry's recognized leader in natural organic-based lawn care service, recently presented 23 outstanding performance awards and one grand prize worth over $6,000 to deserving Franchise owners at their annual meeting held in Frederick, MD. The meeting occurs every year to ensure that customer needs are continually met by keeping owners educated about changing aspects of the business.

"Our focus with the meetings is to help our franchise owners grow their business effectively," explained Philip E. Catron, president and founder of NaturaLawn of America. "And we like to honor Franchises owners who perform the best as well as promote friendly competition between the locations. On the last day of the event, a Permagreen motorized fertilizer spreader was awarded to our Manchester, New Hampshire franchise. We thought it was a perfect give-away that would really add to an operation."

Awards included 5, 10, and 15 years of service, Customer Satisfaction for Lowest Cancel Rate, Highest Program Sales, and customer achievement awards based on overall company wide results. One distinguished award was given out in memory of Dan Collins, a past franchise owner who succumbed to cancer and who left a memorable impression on the entire company.
