MORAN INDUSTRIES, INC. ADDS TWO POSITIONS TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

Moran Industries, Inc., one of the nation’s leading franchisors of automotive aftermarket centers, recently announced the appointment of Roger Flynn as director of Franchise development and Kim McDaniel as operations manager.

As director of franchise development, Flynn will be responsible for managing the sales and development of the Moran Industries concepts – Mr. Transmission, Alta Mere Complete Auto Imaging and Milex Tune Up and Brake.  Flynn’s primary goal is to grow the Moran Industries brand nationwide, focusing on co-branded facilities. 

“After spending more than 12 years in the franchise industry, I look forward to putting my skills and expertise into a position with Moran Industries that will allow me to make a direct impact on the positive growth of the company,” Flynn said.

Prior to joining Moran Industries, Flynn held high-level positions with companies including Uniforms for America , Paradise Foods/Heavenly Ham and, most recently, FranchiseBuyer.  A resident of Kennesaw , Georgia , Flynn is married and has two sons. 

Kim McDaniel, operations manager

As operations manager, McDaniel will be responsible for providing constant support to existing Alta Mere centers, as well as training to new franchise owners.  McDaniel’s primary goal is to increase overall sales at Alta Mere locations across the country.  She also plans to invest in new and improved marketing tools in order to increase consumer awareness of the Alta Mere brand.  Alta Mere, America’s largest window tinting and auto alarm specialist, offers a complete selection of car and truck accessories, including in-dash stereo systems, amplifiers, CD changers, truck bed liners, remote starters and more. 

After spending eight years managing her father’s North Richland Hills , Texas Alta Mere store and the past six months providing field training and operational support to Moran Industries, McDaniel has the management experience and extensive knowledge to make a tremendous impact on the organization.  Kim’s father, Bob Miller, currently serves as general manager of Alta Mere.
