MORAN INDUSTRIES BOOSTS EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TO KEEP BUSINESS HUMMING

 In a move to strengthen its core and gear up for ongoing growth, Moran Industries, Inc., one of the nation’s leading franchisors of automotive aftermarket centers, announces the appointment of David Friedman as Chief Financial Officer, Ron Frydrychowski as Chief Operations Officer, and Peter Baldine as Chief Development Officer.

“I am delighted to appoint these qualified, hard-working individuals to help support and grow our family of Franchise owners around the country,” said Barb Moran, president and CEO of Moran Industries. “David, Ron and Pete are the ideal candidates to strengthen our company’s executive team as we prepare for smart growth and first-class franchisee support.

David Friedman, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining the Moran Industries team, Friedman was the Principle in Consolidated Family Offices, Inc. (CFO). CFO is engaged in wealth management strategies for ultra high net worth individuals. Friedman was also the founder and director of the Private Client Group at GCG Financial, a 30-year-old boutique Financial Services firm with over 200 employees.

“I am extremely pleased to join Moran Industries, a company that has a strong infrastructure, an excellent Franchising strategy and a focused vision on continued growth,” Friedman said.

As Chief Financial Officer, David will be responsible for the accounting of Moran Industries and keeping the company financially solvent.

Ron Frydrychowski, Chief Operations Officer
Ron Frydrychowski has worked with the Moran family since 1985 and has been the technical director since 1995. As Chief Operations Officer, Ron will oversee the franchise services division of the company, including the operations, technical and marketing departments.

“Ron is a proven leader and fits our continuing commitment to expand the Moran Industries brands,” said Barb Moran. “His deep experience and successful track record within our company makes him an ideal choice to lead our strategic nationwide support initiatives.”

Peter Baldine, Chief Development Officer
Since 1999, Peter proved himself as Senior Vice President for Moran Industries. Baldine has an extensive background in working with the automotive aftermarket and service industry. His experience includes serving as Regional Vice President of Globe Glass & Mirror, Vice President of VVP America and Regional vice president with Jiffy Lube International.

“When the time came to appoint a Chief Development Officer, the decision was easy,” said Barb Moran. “Peter has contributed our company’s double-digit growth and success in the eight years that he has been with us. I see nothing but positive outcomes as a result of this move.”

As Chief Development Officer, Pete will be overseeing the development and growth of Moran Industries on the national level.
