Money Mailer Signs Seven-Year Agreement With Mail-Well

Money Mailer, LLC, a quality leader in the $47 billion direct mail industry since 1979, recently announced that it has signed a seven-year agreement with Direct Graphics, a subsidiary of Mail-Well, Inc. for direct mail printing and mailing services on the east coast. This new strategic partnership will give Money Mailer more flexibility in providing its production services while helping it more easily expand its nationwide circulation.

With production expected to start toward the end of this summer, the agreement calls for Direct Graphics to print and mail between 10 million and 30 million Money Mailer money-saving envelopes annually to many of Money Mailer's eastern U.S. target markets.

"Establishing Direct Graphics as our printing and mailing strategic partner provides us additional flexibility to handle the production for some of our existing east coast franchisees, while giving us room to further develop these existing markets as well as expand into new ones," said Godfred Otuteye, president and chief executive officer of Money Mailer. With more than 200 Franchises nationwide, Money Mailer has experienced tremendous growth over recent years and expects another forty new franchises in 2002. Direct Graphics, located in Sidney, Ohio, will greatly help Money Mailer produce and distribute their famous over-sized red, white and blue envelopes filled with money saving coupons to its over 90 million households from coast to coast with ease.
