Minuteman Press, No. Conway, NH wins 2 Prestigious Awards

Pat Kittle, owner of the local Minuteman Press printing franchise, recently received two prestigious awards from Minuteman Press International, Inc. in recognition of outstanding overall performance. Both the 75 Star & 100 Star Awards were presented to Kittle & staff by Ron Rubin, Regional VP for Minuteman Press International, Inc.

“These awards are given in recognition of performance in a numbers of areas including quality, customer service, and business growth” said Rubin. “Pat and his staff at the North Conway Minuteman Press Full Service Printing and Graphics Center exemplify the Minuteman philosophy of delivering the highest quality printing, copying, and design products while maintaining exceptional customer service. This has led to tremendous growth for the store” continued Rubin, “so much so that Pat and his staff earned the franchise’s 100 Star Award before I could even deliver their 75 Star Award!”

Kittle has owned the North Conway Minuteman Press Franchise for 2 ½ years, & has made a number of improvements over the past 12 months. The most significant has been the purchase of a new digital platemaking machine, allowing computer-to-plate processing & greatly improving the detail & quality of all their printed products. A new booklet maker was also added to their already extensive bindery department, greatly increasing capacity. The most visible improvement has been to the lobby, where a complete remodeling was accomplished last fall, providing a more customer friendly & more efficient work environment.

Minuteman Press of North Conway is an Adobe Service Network provider, supporting all Adobe software applications for both Mac & PC, along with Quark & Microsoft products. Minuteman offers design, printing, copying, bindery, & mailing services, all done in-house at their North Conway store.
