The road to the International Crew Competition was a long one. Each participant worked his or her way through store, local, regional, divisional and even some country competitions to compete in this international event.
The International Crew Competition judged the 12-member teams on speed, accuracy, personality and teamwork. The detailed judging criteria developed by McDonald's Hamburger University® reflects the exacting operational and service excellence, including gold medal smiles, expected at all McDonald's restaurants.
