Marie Callender's Named Gold Winner in Top National Customer Satisfaction Survey (2/00)

Results from the 20th Annual Restaurants and Institutions "Choice In Chains" Awards were revealed Saturday in Las Vegas and Marie Callender's, America's premier casual Restaurant and pie maker for more than 50 years, received high honors by being named a gold winner in the family dining segment as determined by customers nationwide.

The Restaurants and Institutions "Choice In Chains" national customer satisfaction survey was conducted by one of the country's largest marketing research firms, NFO Research Inc., and included input from thousands of customers throughout the United States.

Survey participants were asked to evaluate more than 100 regional and national restaurant chains in the family dining segment based on seven areas of criteria including food quality, menu variety, value, service, atmosphere, cleanliness and convenience.

Best known for its fresh baked pies, Marie Callender's continues to dish up America's favorite pie with more than 30 varieties, as well as hearty homemade entrees such as the Hand-Carved Oven Roasted Turkey Dinner, Fresh Fish and Specialty Tri-tip Steaks.
