LifeStyle Technologies to Offer Franchises

LST, Inc. d/b/a LifeStyle Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of eResource Capital Group, Inc. (Amex: RCG), announced today the formation of LifeStyle Technologies Franchising Corp. ("LifeStyle") and the completion of its Uniform Franchise Offering Circular ("UFOC") and its franchise Agreement. These documents are the essential legal prerequisites to begin LifeStyle's national franchise rollout plan. LifeStyle plans to immediately file or register its franchise offering in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Maryland and Texas.

Lifestyle plans to take full advantage of the fast growing home technology market. It will immediately begin to seek out licensees in major U.S. metropolitan areas with high population growth. The expansion of the franchising network will also complement LifeStyle Technologies' company markets that currently include Charlotte, N.C. and Atlanta, GA.
