Liberty Fitness Moves to Austin, Texas

Formerly in Southern California, Liberty Fitness Holdings, LLC, the franchisor for 61 Liberty Fitness women’s workout facilities nationwide, has relocated its corporate operations to Austin, Texas at 1701 Directors Blvd., Suite 110.

Liberty Fitness CEO Linda Burzynski said the move will provide increased access and support to new and existing franchisees and drive national growth of the women’s fitness franchise. “Relocating Liberty Fitness to Austin is a sound strategic move for our fast growing franchise,” said Burzynski, noting that Liberty Fitness has 61 locations in 16 states around the country, spanning from California to New York. Burzynski projects the chain will add 1,500 plus units in the next five years.

With a spa-like atmosphere, Liberty Fitness offers a comfortable, boutique environment that focuses on fitness, nutrition and wellness and personalized attention to members. In addition to the 30-minute circuit training workout featuring six-level, adjustable hydraulic strength training equipment, the clubs’ wellness components include sauna and massage amenities for members to “treat” themselves, as well as the ability to monitor their workouts and results with new technology from Polar BodyAge.

Certified personal trainers provide members with personal attention and direction during each visit. Members also have access to Liberty Fitness Diet Site, an interactive website where they can monitor their eating habits and fitness results from their workouts and connect with registered dieticians for advice.
