Koko Fitclub signs multi-unit agreement For Oklahoma City
Koko FitClub, LLC, the technology company that is completely reinventing the Fitness Franchise business, today announced that Lucas Fitness, LLC has signed an exclusive, multi-unit, area development agreement to operate Koko FitClubs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Lucas Fitness expects to open its first Koko FitClub in Edmond in July. This agreement follows closely on the heels of Koko FitClubs recent award of area development rights for the Baton Rouge, Louisiana territory.
Lucas Fitness LLC is owned and operated by Oklahoma native Chris Lucas, who has more than a decade of technology experience and expertise in project management, most recently at Dell. Lucas also worked previously with the Oklahoma Red Hawks, the Texas Rangers AAA division baseball team.
According to Lucas, I always wanted to own my own business and as soon as I learned about Koko FitClub, I knew it was a perfect fit for me. Its a new and exciting concept that no one else offers, not just another gym. Plus, its a business that helps others and that is especially important to me.
What makes Koko FitClub so unique is that it provides consumers with the luxury of personal training, without having to pay the cost of a personal trainer. The monthly fee for unlimited personal training in a Koko FitClub costs the same or less than the price a person typically pays for just one session with a personal trainer.
Through its patented Smartraining technology, Koko FitClub is able to deliver a one-of-a-kind, automated personal training experience at a remarkably low cost for consumers and an amazingly easy-to-operate business for franchisees.
Our Smartraining System not only makes it easy for our members to reach their goals, it also makes it easy for our Franchise owners to be successful, said Koko FitClub Company Founder, Mary Obana. Our technology does most of the daily work on-site, so owners can focus on growing their business, not on running it.
Obana added, Koko FitClubs are designed to operate with a very small, part-time staff, yet still provide members a very high level of service that they cant get anywhere else.
It is the companys patented Koko Smartraining System that delivers this high value service. Obana estimates the company has invested nearly $10,000,000 in developing the one-of-kind technology since 2003, which provides Koko FitClubs co-ed membership with world-class personal strength and cardio training for at a fraction of the cost of traditional gyms.
