KITCHEN SOLVERS ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE OPERATIONS

Kitchen Solvers, a full-service kitchen and bath remodeling Franchise headquartered in LaCrosse, Wisc., with more than 140 locations in the United States and Canada, is pleased to announce the addition of Rick McGarry as vice president, director of franchise operations to its corporate staff. The appointment, effective immediately, was announced by Kitchen Solvers' president Jason Baldner.

In his new role, McGarry is responsible for developing processes and systems at the corporate level that will serve as the foundation for the growth and support of all Kitchen Solvers franchises. His first major project is to analyze and upgrade Kitchen Solvers' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Improvements to the CRM program will enhance franchisees' capabilities to efficiently track leads, sales and customers. The new system will also include business/franchisee business management features.

"Rick's knowledge of enterprise systems and business technology will prove to be a valuable asset to the growth and development of Kitchen Solvers," Baldner said. "His experience combined with his professionalism and progressive outlook will help us achieve our long term growth objectives".

McGarry previously held the position of vice president of Sleeping Giant Studios, a high-end web design and engineering company. His responsibilities included sales and creative development processes. Prior to his employment with Sleeping Giant Studios, McGarry specialized in developing and implementing numerous enterprise systems while working for the world's largest manufacturer of commercial HVAC products, Trane Company, a division of American Standard.
