KidzArt Tops the Chart!

Not only is art good for kids, but it's apparently good for the Franchise industry as well. KidzArt has been ranked the number one children's art franchise by Entrepreneur magazine's annual Franchise 500 list.

KidzArt jumped up 22 slots in the Franchise 500 this year and leads the nation in children's art class franchises. KidzArt is also ranked among the top 50 new franchises.

KidzArt's success can be traced to the fact that they provide a non-threatening environment where budding artists of all ages can begin to explore their creativity with no "wrong answers," Herman said.

An accidental slip of the pen can become a unique addition to the drawing instead of a smear or a blackout," Herman said. A variety of mediums are used in KidzArt classes as are high caliber, non-toxic mediums. For standard ink drawings, children use PrismaColor pens, the same pens used by professionals.
