Kennelwood Now Offering Franchise Opportunities

Kennelwood Pet Resorts is now offering Franchise opportunities in several states. With over 34 years of operating experience and over 817 years of combined pet industry knowledge and leadership, Kennelwood is excited about this new business venture.

We are currently targeting the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oregon, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Vermont, Wyoming, and District of Columbia and coming soon…California, Illinois, and Nebraska!

“We recognize and appreciate the relationship that people have with their pets and we are excited and privileged to play a role in those relationships,” said Joe Zuccarello, Director of Franchising. “Our focus is to enhance and help strengthen the bond between a pet and their pet parent.”

All franchisees will receive in-depth training in all aspects of operating a Kennelwood Pet Resorts facility. Training will take place at our franchise Support Headquarters and corporate facilities in St. Louis. While in the classroom, instruction will be provided on such topics as administrative issues, operational aspects, pet safety, client relations, sales, marketing, human resources and staffing concerns. The on-the-job, hands-on portion of training will have the franchisees actively participating in the daily activities at one of the St. Louis facilities. They will work side-by-side with seasoned managers and staff.

There are currently six locations in Missouri: Page and Lindbergh, South St. Louis County, Chesterfield, St. Peters, Ballwin, and O’Fallon. Each resort offers a wide variety of specialized products and guest services. Kennelwood Pet Resort services include: boarding, grooming, training, Doggie DayCamp, Yappy Hour, Bizzy Bones and Personalized PlayTime.
