Huddle House Unveils New Restaurant Prototype

Huddle House, Inc. continues to redefine itself by unveiling a new exterior design prototype Restaurant in Locust Grove, Georgia. The new exterior complements the colorful interior design introduced last year, which has exhibited an overwhelmingly positive reaction from the public. The new exterior design comes after months of architectural design and marketing research as the company continues to reinvent itself, while maintaining an aggressive phase of expansion and profits.

The new prototype store features a redesigned exterior facade with terraced elevation lines and a brighter veneer accentuating a more open floor plan. New reverse-channel-lit signage with neon banding presents dramatic and vibrant curb and highway appeal, attracting families and the traveling public to Huddle House.

The new company store is located a few miles south of the company headquarters in Decatur. It will serve customers "Any Meal, Any Time, cooked to order, 24 hours a day," while providing the expanding chain of 350 restaurants with a state-of-the art training facility adjacent to the restaurant.

Huddle House, Inc, continues to open more restaurants throughout the southeast and midwestern states. The company plans to open 40 stores in 2001.
