HOMEVESTORS ADDS NINE NEW FRANCHISES

HomeVestors® of America, Inc., the company best known for advertising “We Buy Ugly Houses,” added nine new Franchise offices in two months.

“We are proud of all the new HomeVestors training graduates,” said David Young, president of HomeVestors.  “This is a dynamic group of franchisees representing some of the top real estate markets in the nation.”

The new franchisees recently completed an intensive 10-day program designed to train the new franchisees on the HomeVestors method of buying, repairing and selling properties.  In addition, new owners learn about HomeVestors’ extensive finance and advertising programs, and HomeVestors also supports a mentoring program to assist franchisees with any needs they have after graduation.  Advanced Training sessions are offered for all existing franchisees as well.

The new franchisees are: Rob Caldwell, of Savannah, Ga.; Tim Ziegler and Lisa Ziegler, of Roanoke, Va.; Rhett Carson and L. Woodward Lowery, of Richmond, Va.; Nick Cifaldi, of Lumberton, N.J.; Brian Kane, of Vernon Hills, Ill.; Phil Bianco and Chris Bianco, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Larry Mattacchiore, Sr., Shirley Mattacchiore, and Larry Mattacchiore, Jr., of Brandon, Fla. and Henry Murphy, Jr., of Olympia Fields, Ill.
