HOMEVESTORS ADDS TEN NEW FRANCHISES

HomeVestors® of America, Inc., the company best known for advertising “We Buy Ugly Houses,” ® has added 10 new Franchise offices.

The new HomeVestors franchisees include: Coby and Jerry Lake, of Jackson, Miss.; Hap Richardson, Ian Carlton, Ben Foltz and Justin Landis, of Atlanta, Ga.; Umesh Shah and Gina Riccio, of Palm Harbor, Fla.; William Bruce and Linda Lowe, of Escondido, Calif.; Eric Fales, of Manassas, Va.; Paul Hayes and Brady Miller, of Stone Mountain, Ga.; Kendall Moragne, of Raleigh, N.C.; Denise Wedepohl and Peter White, of Scottsdale, Ariz.; Ed Copenhaver, of Suwanee, Ga.; Stanley and Ouida Zeno, of Homewood, Ill.

The new franchisees recently completed an intensive 10-day program designed to train them on the HomeVestors method of buying, repairing and selling properties. In addition, new owners learn about HomeVestors’ extensive finance and advertising programs, and HomeVestors also supports a mentoring program to assist franchisees with any needs they have after graduation. Advanced Training sessions are offered for all existing franchisees as well.
