Heavenly Ham Launches New Lunch Program

In its biggest menu change in 15 years, Heavenly Ham, the nation's best-tasting ham and turkey Franchise company, is rolling-out a brand new lunch menu with a wide variety of fresh and delicious sandwich and salad options.

"The new lunch offerings represent a significant milestone in the growth of our company, allowing us to provide our dedicated franchisees an incredible new menu to help them build their already strong lunchtime customer base," said Ken Caldwell, senior vice president of Heavenly Ham. "Our loyal and new customers have welcomed the new variety. The changes to the menu will secure our status as the top choice for lunch among individual consumers and corporate customers."

Since lunch represents more than 40 percent of the chain's revenues, Heavenly Ham conducted extensive consumer research and testing in the development of the new lunch menu. The planning and preparation touched every aspect of the business, including operations, marketing and distribution, and required a collaborative effort with Heavenly Ham's customers, franchise owners and suppliers.

To properly reposition itself in the competitive quick-service industry, Heavenly Ham created a delicious and diverse line of Classic and Signature sandwiches to satisfy every taste. Simultaneously company executives developed a new branding campaign to include new advertising, packaging, menu boards and point-of-purchase displays.

The upgraded menu is now recipe-based with Heavenly Ham's signature meats paired with fresh baked breads, gourmet spreads and delicious cheeses. Classic Sandwiches include The Heavenly Original, The Turkey Classic and the flavorful Pepper BLT. The Signature line of sandwiches includes the savory Smokehouse and the very popular Turkey Bistro.

In addition to lunch, Heavenly Ham specializes in fully cooked, spiral-sliced, hardwood smoked, honey-spiced glazed hams. It also offers tender smoked turkeys, other specialty meats, Box Lunches, home-style side dishes, desserts and fresh-baked breads.
