"Gotcha Covered" Rewards Franchisees

The franchisees were flown in from around the country at the expense of "Gotcha Covered" and introduced to the company's new corporate headquarters and computerized interactive learning center. The new center allows for each participant to interact with the instructor on an individual, group or student to student project scenario.

Training topics for the special two day course included an industry review of changes in the buying habits of the window treatment customer, new product applications and consulting techniques for improving in-home analysis and solutions for satisfying the client's needs.

The training program concluded with each of the celebrants being rewarded with new individual retirement accounts implemented by "Gotcha Covered." Along with the new retirement account was their first deposit, a check from "Gotcha Covered," representing a percentage the franchisee's fiscal year gross sales.
