Roark Capital Group announces purchase of FASTSIGNS International, Inc.

Roark Capital Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., making this its third Franchise business.

FASTSIGNS International, Inc. is the leading franchisor in the sign and graphics industry, with over 440 franchised centers in 43 states and 6 countries, and system-wide revenues approaching $200 million. FASTSIGNS® franchisees are full service providers of custom sign and graphic solutions, allowing local, regional, national and international businesses to outsource all of their sign and graphic needs. Franchisees leverage their investment in technology to produce a variety of signs, including custom banners, large format inkjet signs, vehicle graphics, point of purchase signs, and exhibits and displays.
