American Fastsigns, Inc. Changes Name to FASTSIGNS International Inc.

American Fastsigns, Inc., the leader in the quick sign industry, has changed its name to FASTSIGNS International, Inc., effective immediately. The company, which Franchises under the FASTSIGNS brand name, has dropped the "American" reference to better represent the company's growing international expansion.

Today, FASTSIGNS International, Inc. includes more than 430 store locations in seven countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Columbia and Australia.

"We are a global entity, so it was the system's consensus that the parent company's name reflect that," said Gary Salomon, president and CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc. "Our new name more accurately portrays both who we are today and who will be in the future as we continue to grow."

The new name reflects no change in the company's management or ownership and will be phased into corporate identity pieces immediately.
