Fantastic Sams Hair Salons Targets Reno, Nevada and Sacramento, California For New Development
Competition for affordable hair care services in Reno and Sacramento is getting stiffer. Fantastic Sams, one of the nation’s largest full service hair salon franchises, is expanding its “no appointments” necessary concept throughout Northern Nevada and California. With 3 salons currently operating in the Reno and 5 in Sacramento, the industry leading brand is looking to open 5-10 salons in Reno and an additional 15-20 salons in the Sacramento area in the next three years.
The Reno and Sacramento expansion announcement is part of an aggressive national growth strategy to accelerate the company’s Franchising program and nearly double the number of salons in the next five to seven years. Currently, Fantastic Sams has over 1,300 salons operating in the United States and is targeting growing metropolitan areas where Fantastic Sams has already built a brand presence. The recent partnership with Buxton, the industry leader in customer analytics and retail site selection technology, will help to make strategic expansion decisions.
