Extreme Brandz Franchise Names Nick Schaefer Vice President of Franchise Development

Extreme Brandz, the Canadian franchisor and operator of over 180 restaurants in the United States and Canada under the brand names Extreme Pita and Mucho Burrito, announces the appointment of Nick Schaefer as vice president of Franchise development.

Schaefer, who most recently served as vice president of non-traditional franchise development for Quizno's Sub, will be responsible for overseeing the franchise development efforts of the company's brand names in the United States, as well as non traditional development throughout North America.

"Nick Schaefer is a proven leader in the Franchising industry and we are thrilled that he has taken on this role to further grow the Extreme Pita and Mucho Burrito brands," said Alex Rechichi, president of Extreme Brandz. With more than 20 years of sales and management experience, Schaefer brings extensive experience in franchise sales, site development, design and construction to Extreme Brandz. For the last four years, he developed many channels for Quizno's Sub, including airports, universities and various other "special" venues resulting in over $100 million in system wide sales.
