DREAMMAKER BATH & KITCHEN HIRES CAGLE AS VP OF FRANCHISING AND TARGETS GROWTH FOR 2001 (2/01)

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen by Worldwide recently announced the hiring of Karen Cagle as vice president of franchising. Cagle, who brings 25 years of Franchising experience to the job, will oversee DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen's strategic growth in the U.S. and target as many as 28 new Franchises in 2001.

"Karen's strong background in Franchise sales will be a tremendous asset to the team," said Doug Dwyer, president of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. "She not only has a successful track record in the industry, but she also believes strongly in DreamMaker's unequalled presence in the bath and kitchen remodeling sector."

Cagle spent more than 18 years in real estate franchising, an industry that adapted well to the idea of growth through franchising. Then she joined General Business Services, an accounting franchise now known as Century Small Business Solutions, where she helped the company grow nationally and internationally for seven years.

Dwyer plans on capitalizing on that experience as DreamMaker continues to make its mark as the first complete remodeling franchise for the kitchen and bath industry. In contrast to the many companies in accounting and real estate franchising, Cagle said she is enthusiastic about DreamMaker's unrivaled market position.

"The great thing in our niche of kitchen and bath remodeling and remodeling alternatives is that we really don't have a competitor," Cagle said.

Cagle will have two franchise sales people reporting to her to assist in sales.
