DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Earns Double Honor In Qualified Remodeler Magazine's Top 500 Annual Issue

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen by Worldwide® was honored twice in Qualified Remodeler Magazine’s Top 500 ranking, where both the national Franchise network and an individual DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen franchise location were highlighted in the September issue. This marks the second consecutive year for both firms to be included.

The DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Corporation was ranked #11 in the Nationals List, and the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen franchise of St. Louis Park, Minn. was singled out and ranked at #489 in the Top 500.

“This is a terrific honor for DreamMaker and the second year in a row that we are privileged to be recognized at both the corporate and franchisee levels,” said Doug Dwyer, president and owner of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.

Dwyer added that the national franchisor, which has been included in the ranking for several years, enjoys sharing the spotlight with one of its franchise locations. He said the team in St. Louis Park is very deserving of the award, adding that the franchise has consistently been one of the strongest sales leaders and design teams within the entire franchise network.

In one of the most competitive and vibrant fields in the history of the ranking, Qualified Remodeler’s Editor In Chief Patrick O’Toole noted that even the smallest remodeling firms had to make almost $2 million in 2004 revenues for the ranking in comparison to $1.4 million, which was the cutoff point for last year’s list.

“The growth of the industry is truly reflected in this list,” O’Toole noted in his overview. Today, remodeling is an estimated $233 billion industry.
