Dermacare Franchise Adds 4 New Clinics in Third Quarter of 2006

Dermacare Laser & Skin Care Clinics^®, the only physician-based laser aesthetic skin-care franchisor in the nation, secured contractual commitments for four new clinics throughout the country in the third quarter of 2006, bringing the total number of Dermacare clinic agreements to 152.

Vik Wall, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., an emergency physician, will open a clinic in spring 2007 in Austin, Texas, and Craig Ingber, M.D., a board-certified otolaryngologist, will open a clinic in Santa Clarita, Calif., next March. In addition, Kenneth Egli, M.D., a board-certified emergency physician, and Sidney B. Smith, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist, plan to open multiple clinics in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Utah. The first clinic is scheduled to open in January 2007 in the Tri-Cities, Wash. (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Clinic openings in other locations will be announced later.
