Creative Colors International moves to new headquarters in Mokena, IL

Creative Colors International, Inc. (CCI), the leading national Franchise company offering on-site repair and restoration of leather, fabric, vinyl, plastics, and carpet for the automotive and furniture industries, today announced the relocation of it’s corporate headquarters to 19015 South Jodi Road in Mokena, Ill. The move from a 2500 sq.–ft. office to a 10,000 sq.-ft. facility, allows CCI to accommodate its growing infrastructure and strengthen its franchisee training, technological developments, as well as ongoing support capabilities.

CCI’s new facility has an entire floor dedicated a new state-of-the-art technician training center with centralized workstations in a true classroom set-up, better ventilation for spray applications and space to hold full size parts of cars and furniture to enable practical training. The company also recently hired four new corporate employees including a field support manager, field operations manager, sales manager and an assistant trainer with plans to add additional staff in the near future.

Originally founded in 1980 as J&J Creative Colors, Inc. by Jim and JoAnn Foster, CCI began Franchising in 1991 out of a home office in Tinley Park, Ill. Over the past 15 years, CCI has increased its dominance in the industry and added over 60 Franchises and 150 mobile units throughout the United States. The company plans to open an additional 25 locations during 2006, reaching over 200 locations by 2010. It recently expanded its operations internationally and added a location to serve the market in Puerto Rico.

To help further brand awareness for consumers, CCI has also created an abundance of new marketing materials, including a new van wrap design for its mobile units and a DVD marketing piece which thoroughly explains CCI’s services. Nationwide, CCI has made a name for itself in the automotive industry having worked with several dealerships including Ford, GM, Chrysler and Lexus, as well as car rental companies including Avis, Budget and Hertz.

The company also plans to roll out new programs to better serve the needs of the industry including a leather protection program, a fabric protection program, a certified new car warranty program, as well as a certified used car warranty program covering the restoration of interior automobile furnishing. In addition to finding a niche in the automotive industry, CCI fills the need for restoration and repair of materials in nearly every business category from local dentist offices and restaurants to casinos and furniture stores.
