Creative Colors International Honors Franchisees with Annual Awards


Creative Colors International (CCI) recently announced the recipients of its “Franchisee of the Year,” “Technician of the Year,” “Rookie Franchisee of the Year,” and “Rookie Technician of the Year” awards at its annual convention in Alsip, Ill.

“This has been an incredible year,” said Mark Bollman, president of Creative Colors International. “We have an extremely stringent process for choosing our award recipients, and I am very pleased to announce our winners.”

Dick Neff, Jean Neff and Josh Xavier, owners of CCI in South Bend, Ind., won “Franchisee of the Year.” The award is based on the level of communication with the corporate office on ideas which will better the system, sharing ideas and success stories with fellow Franchise owners, and the demonstration of successful growth of the CCI system.

Chris Shefts, technician in Streamwood, Ill., won “Technician of the Year,” which is based on sales and is only awarded to technicians with more than one year of experience.

Gary Foster, Terri Sniegolski, and Kelli Bollman, owners of GTK Creative Colors in Ft. Myers, Fla., won “Rookie Franchisee of the Year,” which is based on sales and is only awarded to franchisees with less than one year of service in the system.

Vicky Smeenk, technician in South Bend, Ind., won “Rookie Technician of the Year,” which is based on sales and is only awarded to technicians with less than one year of experience.

Nationwide, CCI has made a name for itself in the automotive industry having worked with several dealerships including Ford, GM, Chrysler and Lexus and car rental companies including Avis, Budget and Hertz. In addition to finding a niche in the automotive industry, CCI fills the need for restoration and repair of materials in nearly every business category, ranging from an automotive dealership to local dentist offices, restaurants, casinos and furniture stores.
