COVERALL CLEANING CONCEPTS® HAS ANNOUNCED THEIR FRANCHISE OWNER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

The selection process for the Franchise Owner of the Year competition began by each Support Center nominating their top franchise Owners based on specific criteria such as Account Retention, Percentage Increase in RS, and Certification Training Completed. The nomination forms, which included information on each franchise Owner and a brief summary highlighting why he or she should be chosen as Franchise Owner of the Year, were then given to a panel of judges consisting of individuals from our Executive Staff at the Global Support Center. Based on the results, the 2004 Franchise Owner of the Year recipients are as follows:

Best Small Category ($500 to $3,000 Monthly RS)

Claire Fertig, Palm Beach Support Center Claire has owned her Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise for the past seven years. During this time, Claire has successfully applied the principles and training she has learned in the classroom into cleaning her customer accounts with the utmost precision and quality. Recently, Claire was given the devastating news that her husband was diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, her husband succumbed to the disease and passed away a few weeks after the diagnosis. Through this period of grief and loss, Claire continued to service her customer accounts and made up for any services that were missed. Since this terrible tragedy, Claire has maintained a successful business and her account retention has been beyond comparison. Claire carries no debts or notes and is one of the top Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise Owners in the South Florida area. With her determination and willpower through all the challenges she has faced, Claire has shown the true meaning of being a flourishing entrepreneur.

Best Medium Category ($3,001 to $20,000 Monthly RS)

Rick Pugliese, Philadelphia Support Center Rick purchased his Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise in 1990. Over the past 15 years, Rick has become a genuine ambassador for Coverall. On many occasions, he has assisted the Philadelphia Support Center on Franchise Day to promote Coverall to potential new owners. As well, Rick has contributed to training Franchise Owners on the proper methods for cleaning Restaurant accounts. Rick maintains a strong account retention and consistently receives high scores on his ACR reports. Over the past year, Rick has sold over $2,000 in special services and $3,000 in new business. Rick truly understands how to manage and grow his Coverall Franchise and shares his ideas and practices with other Franchise Owners.

Best Large Category ($20,001 and Up Monthly RS)

Hernany DaSilva, Boston Support Center Hernany has been a Coverall Franchise Owner for almost five years. During this time, Hernany has demonstrated his ability to grow his Coverall Franchise into a flourishing business. After purchasing a P-1,500 franchise, Hernany developed his business through performing special services and gaining new business to over $25,000 monthly RS. Last year Hernany was recognized as the Top Volume Franchise Owner in Special Services at the Boston Support Center with $54,000 in special services. His knowledge of the cleaning business is endless, and his customer retention is unsurpassed. Hernany is always willing to provide advice to other Franchise Owners to help them improve their business. With his professionalism in servicing his accounts, Hernany maintains high ACR scores and receives strong referrals from his customers. Hernany is the epitome of a successful Coverall Franchise Owner and we are delighted to have him on our team!

Each of our 2004 Franchise Owners of the Year received a $1,000 check and a recognition plaque in appreciation of his or her hard work and determination with operating a Coverall Franchise.
