Country Place Senior Living of Clay Center Receives Highest Rating From Kansas Department of Aging

Country Place Living, a franchisor of assisted-living residences for seniors in rural America, announced that its residence in Clay Center, Kansas received the highest possible rating from the Kansas Department of Aging.

Country Place Senior Living of Clay Center, located at 722 Liberty, was awarded a finding of no deficiency violations in its annual facility survey by the Kansas Department of Aging.
