Country Place Living Joins International Franchise Association

ountry Place Living, a franchisor of assisted-living residences for seniors in rural America, has joined the International Franchise Association.

artman said Country Place Living plans to become a shining example of the IFA’s principles of business growth through franchising.  With several corporate-owned locations in operation, she said the company plans to expand to as many as 400 franchised locations across the U.S.

Founded in 2003, Country Place Living has redefined senior living in rural America with uniquely designed assisted-living residences that offer the best amenities and forward-thinking vision for a growing population.  The company offers two concepts for franchising:  Country Place Senior Living, an 18-apartment assisted living residence, and Country Place Home Plus, an 8-resident group home residence.
