Computer Doctor® Franchise to test new concept with Wal-Mart

ABERDEEN, South Dakota (September 13, 1999) - Computer Doctor franchise Systems Inc. Chief Executive Officer Lonnie Helgerson announced today the company's lease agreement with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to offer computer services for Wal-Mart customers.

Following its founding principals, the 37-store and growing Computer Doctor® Franchise outlets across the United States and Mexico will continue offering mobile computer services at customers' homes and businesses, with retail-based computer sales and service. A major addition to the business is offering those services and some computer products inside the front vestibule area at Wal-Mart Supercenters.

"We are pleased to offer Wal-Mart's computer customers assistance with upgrades, support and service." Helgerson said. ``Computer Doctor® technicians will be on hand to help with questions or problems, and offer computer service when needed,'' he said.

The initial kick-off of the affiliation between Computer Doctor® and Wal-Mart will be the opening of a Computer Doctor® franchise location at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Ankeny, Iowa. The grand opening is set for Sept. 15, 1999. From there, Computer Doctor® is scheduled to test the new concept in four other Wal-Mart Supercenter locations.
