Cocina Mexican Grill, a fast growing, casual dine-in or take-out restaurant, specializing in the sale of fresh made-to-order Mexican food has begun selling Franchises to accelerate growth.  The founder of Cocina Mexican Grill, having 17 years of hands on Restaurant industry has found the necessary mixture of ingredients and spices to make tasty Mexican food  His expertise and ability to provide the highest quality premium food using the best ingredients and service has helped him grow his business to a successful multi-location operation.

Mr. Patel opened the first Cocina Mexican Grill in the Galleria Mall, just outside Nashville, in 2003.  The second Cocina Mexican Grill opened in downtown Nashville in 2005.  He has established a combination of menu items with flavors that have drawn repeat diners at both locations.

The food is freshly prepared, with the theme, “Real People, Real Food, Real Fast.”  Each order is custom made for the customer, and the customer can choose from a variety of ingredients in each menu item.
