Couple Bring CertaPro Painters Franchise to Moore County

It seems everyone has a Home Improvement nightmare.
Whether it was the driveway paver who did only half the job or the landscaper who mowed a beautiful garden into mulch, each instance serves as a cautionary tale of what happens when the work is left to someone else. The do-it-yourself approach is also appealing, but who really has the time?

Laurie Lunsford has heard the horror stories and understands that not everyone has that eye for color or infinite amount of spare time. Lunsford and her husband, Blake, already own a transmission shop, and they know the importance of honesty and hard work and, so did CertaPro Painters, they said.

With the current crawl of the housing market and more people electing to upgrade their homes instead of moving than ever before, Lunsford said she has had her hands full.

"Moore County has grown and grown and I've learned how to put life back into homes," she said. "So many people have told me that they were going to move, but then decided to stay put at the last minute. I really love working with people in their homes, and helping them to transform their homes inside and out is an amazing feeling."

Since beginning her career with CertaPro in September 2007, Lunsford has completed countless residential and commercial jobs in Moore County and the surrounding area.
