Cartridge World, the world’s largest ink and toner refilling retail franchise, announced today new partnerships to help entrepreneurs gain greater access to bank financing and start-up capital to open a franchise.  Through newly formed partnerships with BoeFly and Guidant, Cartridge World is streamlining the path to Franchise ownership.

Through the partnership with BoeFly, an online marketplace that connects entrepreneurs with lenders, qualified prospects seeking to invest in a Cartridge World franchise can now access an expansive network of lenders. By posting a single loan request, entrepreneurs interested in a Cartridge World franchise can quickly assess potential matches between lenders based on their qualifying criteria. 

“We see continued demand for Cartridge World Franchises among well-qualified candidates looking for loans,” said Frank Case, President of Cartridge World. “We know there are lenders just waiting to help. Now we can streamline the lending process for franchisees –
clearing the path for continued growth.  We plan to add 50 Cartridge World stores in the next 12 months.”

In addition to BoeFly, Cartridge World has also developed a relationship with Guidant Financial, which works directly with entrepreneurs to create start-up capital utilizing their 401(k) retirement savings. Guidant helps entrepreneurs use their 401(k) to finance their new franchise debt-free, getting them off the ground with additional cash flow. 

Nearly a year after President Obama’s Small Business Jobs Act added $30 billion to the small business lending fund, a recent survey of the International Franchise Association members showed that nearly half of the respondents identified “financing/access to credit” as the top issue of concern to franchise business leaders.
