California Pizza Kitchen to Offer IPO

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to an initial public offering of its common stock.

California Pizza Kitchen is a casual dining Restaurant chain known for its signature line of innovative premium pizzas.
