COMPUTERTOTS/COMPUTER EXPLORERS (CTCE) continues its worldwide expansion, granting a master license to Neil Borman of Sydney, Australia. The license enables Borman to offer CTCE Franchise opportunities in Australia and New Zealand to those who are interested in owning a home-based business that delivers computer and technology instruction to children. In addition, Borman and his wife, Sheri, have purchased the first CTCE territory in that country.
