Nevada Bob's Golf flagship store to open on Las Vegas Strip

Nevada Bob's Golf Inc. will open its U.S. flagship store on Las Vegas Boulevard, across from the Mandalay Bay Hotel in January, the company announced today.

The retail golf Franchise store will encompass over 7,000 square feet and provide a complete golf experience for customers and Las Vegas tourists alike. The shop boasts amenities such as a full swing golf simulator on which customers can choose to play any of the world's top 30 courses, including the famed Pebble Beach. While fun, it also assists in professionally analyzing customers' individual equipment needs.

The Las Vegas store expands on the company's new concept retail format opening across the U.S. and Canada as part of its aggressive plan to dominate golf retailing around the world and on the Internet.

While the Las Vegas outlet features the same full mix of brand name golf equipment, expanded women's and junior selections in clothing and equipment, and a large shoe section, it will also offer Las Vegas style golf merchandise, art and giftables.

Nevada Bob's Golf Inc. also announced the grand opening of a 5,000 square foot concept store in Biloxi, Mississippi, and the grand reopening of the converted Anaheim, CA store in December.

Nevada Bob's Golf Inc. is the largest retail chain of golf specialty stores in the world. Over 281 stores carry the Nevada Bob's banner, of which 195 are franchise locations. The majority of stores are located in the United States and Canada. An executive team purchased the dissolved Nevada Bob's company in 1999 and formed the new Nevada Bob's Golf Inc.
