ArcLight Series Websites for Inspectors Trumps All Others
To answer the need for Home Inspectors to compete more effectively in today's "digital age", CommercialNet, Inc. has developed the ArcLight Series Website platform. Hailed as the "most complete" Content Management System (CMS) for inspectors, ArcLight sites offer thirty powerful features that help to boost search engine placement, develop stronger partnership marketing practices, create "stickiness", build brand loyalty, and generate more sales and referrals.
The ArcLight Series is a hybrid between the commercial-grade platform used by CommercialNet, Inc. for their eMagazine systems and their previous "Signature Series" CMS. The new system uses an improved editing system plus offers extreme multimedia integration, useful self-customization features (such as a graphics gallery), and better navigation. ArcLight sites also offer integrated social media and commenting such as an "Ask The Inspector" community and multiple "localism" communities that can be utilized by both consumers and the real estate community. For example, consumers can comment about their favorite restaurants in an area while realty agents can post open house information.
ArcLight sites are also designed around helping inspectors to generate lasting relationships with referrers such as agents and lenders through powerful relationship marketing tools. Each ArcLight site allows the inspector to offer static ad placements, video embeds (from videos loaded to YouTube, MetaCafe and similar services), and up to ten editable profiles that allow unique username and passwords for each user. Inspectors can generate a reciprocal/partner links menu, as well.
Unique to ArcLight sights is also the ability for inspectors to request the addition of special commenting areas for special programs. For example, an inspector can offer a real estate broker's office their own "Ask the Local Experts" commenting thread with the inclusion of the broker's "contact card" and "sandbox" (generated from the broker's profile page) included in the comment page. Contact cards and sandboxes are also automatically updated on commenting pages as brokers updates their information.
The thinking behind ArcLight sites is non-traditional in the inspection industry. Instead of providing inspectors with "empty" sites to which they need to add content, each ArcLight sight is delivered filled with content. Users simply modify content to their liking or delete what they do not need. Also, unlike a "template", ArcLight users receive a Website that includes custom corporate graphic design services including: (a) Title Banner, (b) Billboard Ad, (c) Skyscraper Ad, and (d) accents such as the site's trim colors and background effects.
Multi-inspector firms will also enjoy the fact that ArcLight offers up to ten inspector profile pages by default. Each inspector can customize their own profile page and add features in a way that is very similar to MySpace or Facebook using widgets and plug-ins. Each profile can then be linked or unlinked to a main "Team" menu, as desired.
Another extremely useful aspect of ArcLight sites is the level of support provided. The creators of the ArcLight Series have been serving the inspection industry exclusively for the past five years and understand that inspectors are not "programmers", "Web developers", or "graphic designers". Many are busy performing inspections during the day and writing reports at night. Though ArcLight is extremely easy-to-use from a content editing level, it is also a very big system with a lot of options on other levels. Inspector need only ask for help in order to get it. For example, if the inspector needs a new community portal set up, he would only need to send an email to CommercialNet's support address with the request. That's it. As long as the inspector requests something within the capabilities of the existing platform, then support services are free for the first three months (the "critical period"). After the first three months, any full-service support requests will require a voluntary donation in any amount. D.I.Y. support will always be free.
Because of ArcLight's handling of integrated "localism" community portals, only one Home Inspector per service area (not "metro" area) may use ArcLight. Inspectors can request community portals be added at any time on a county-by-county and city-by-city basis. No other inspection industry CMS offers this.
The official release of the ArcLight Series CMS and platform is Monday, November 2, 2009, and CommercialNet is accepting new clients to schedule for area-exclusive ArcLight sites beginning immediately as of this announcement. The cost is $360 which includes set-up and three months of hosting. After three months, hosting and support is only $25 per month for business-class hosting services. The number of sites that can be developed during the week of November 2 is limited due to pressing schedules with the release of other projects, so inspection companies wanting an ArcLight site by no later than Friday, November 6th must schedule now. Payment for the development of ArcLight sites is expected in advance.
If you would like to reserve your ArcLight site for a service area but are not ready for it to be developed by November 6, then you may submit one-half of the amount due (or $180) to hold your position. (Reservations are non-refundable if you change your mind because other potential customers must be turned away.) Once you make your reservation deposit, you will have up to sixty-days to schedule the "need by" date of your ArcLight site.
(NOTE: We are often asked why we do not offer a free trial. The reason for this is that ArcLight is highly customizable. It is NOT a template, and our labor cannot be "returned". The best we can do is offer several months of free hosting as we help you to fully-customize your ArcLight sight and while search engines begin indexing your content.)
