Airsopure To Launch Retail Stores

DALLAS, TEXAS - (December 7, 1999) - Airtech International Group Inc. announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Airsopure Inc. will be opening its first "environmentally friendly" retail store in January 2000 in Dallas.

Airsopure Executive Vice President and Director of Franchising, Stephen Hampton, stated, "This is a great opportunity for our franchisees to showcase and make available some of our new products for Healthier Living. The new home air purification system Model S-950 and the auto air purification system Model S-999 provide a clean and fresh breath of air by removing 99% o indoor air contaminants, for the millions of people that suffer from respiratory related problems."

Hampton added, "Airsopure is looking to open more than 50 new stores each year as part of its revised Franchise program. The new franchise program is a dramatic shift from the Home Based plan and will now involve full service independent stores. The new franchise opportunity will be offered in an investment range of $100,000 to $125,000. An avenue of financing of up to two thirds for potential franchisees is available by the Small Business Administration. Airsopure is poised to present that financing package to each qualified applicant." The Dallas store is set to be open in January 2000 and will be the Model store for all future locations worldwide.

Airsopure CEO, C.J. Comu, commented, "The concept of the new retail stores will allow individual consumers as well as corporate customers the opportunity to see our technology and meet with Airsopure personnel and discuss their specific needs." Comu added, "This concept in retailing has not been offered by an air quality manufacturing company before. Our objective is to build awareness and increase sales through this method, while providing a practical solution to universal air quality problems."
