Aire Serv® to Host Fall Conference Oct. 13-15 in Florida

Aire Serv ® Heating & Air Conditioning, an HVAC service and Repair franchise with more than 85 locations, will host the company's annual Fall Conference Oct. 13-15, at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Jacksonville, Fla.

"This year's conference will be the jumping off point for taking our Franchise network to the next level," said Doyle James, chief operating officer of Aire Serv. James, who recently was promoted to lead the company, said this year's conference would focus on uncovering the hidden treasure in every franchise owner's business.

"Every year this meeting is a chance for our national network to get together at an exciting destination for valuable business-building sessions and camaraderie," James said. "Now, as the company enters its second decade, we aim to grow the network in overall size as well as individual market saturation."

The agenda topics will include: creating a "weather proof" business, to avoid the ups and downs of seasonal work, reviewing exclusive marketing programs, studying new developments of Aire Serv's proprietary Z-Ware software program, and discussing future plans for the Aire Serv organization.

More than 80 people are expected to attend from across the United States. James said that a limited number of spaces also would be available for pre-qualified prospects who are interested in purchasing an Aire Serv franchise.
