Aaron Rents, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering

Aaron Rents, Inc. (NYSE: RNT) announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,000,000 shares of Common Stock at $21.00 per share. Of the total shares to be offered, 1,500,000 of the shares will be offered by the Company and 500,000 shares will be offered by the selling shareholder. The Company and the selling shareholder have also granted to the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 225,000 and 75,000 shares, respectively. The Company will use the net proceeds from the offering to reduce bank debt and for general corporate purposes.
