360clean Announces Expansion Into Florida

360clean announced today that the company has expanded its Franchise business into Florida with the sale of an Area Representative agreement to Benchmark Care Group, Inc., an entrepreneur group from Boca Raton, Florida that is spearheaded by Mr. Adam J. Blank, MBA and Mr. Perry C. Blank.

Under the terms of the agreement, Benchmark has exclusive development rights for the entire state of Florida. As the Area Representative, they will be responsible for selling unit franchises, assisting in unit franchisee development and attracting other area representatives to assume territories in the state of Florida.

Adam J. Black holds an MBA from the University of Miami. He has been involved in the corporate finance arena for more than eleven years, with experience in both domestic and multinational companies.

Perry C. Blank has been involved in the construction, design, cabinet and fixture manufacturing business nationwide for the past thirty years. He has an abundance of experience with developing and implementing projects with commercial clients.
