A Great Harvest Bread Company can help you achieve many of your personal goals. We give you the freedom to run your own business, but with a supportive community of people doing the same thing, a proven business model and a national brand. Training & Support
After you have signed your franchise agreement, you will receive the Start-Up Kit and begin working closely with a tracker from the Start-Up department. The tracker's role is to help you step-by-step with all the aspects of opening a strong and exciting bakery. Armed with your bakery training which is about 3 weeks and given at our headquarters and your Start-Up Kit, you begin working with us to prepare for opening day.
