About Bart's Franchise
We franchise the right to operate a network of used automobile dealerships offering the sale of pre-owned, well-maintained used cars, SUVs, trucks and the sale of preferred warranties on those vehicles. The franchise or franchised car store does business under the trade name, Bart’s Car Store®, and also uses our other related service marks, trademarks or logos (our “Marks”). The franchise typically requires between 21,000 to 55,000 square feet of space for the outdoor display of a retail inventory of automobiles and for a business premises and is typically located on a higher elevation from the adjacent roadway for higher visibility.
Training and Support
The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a Bart's Car Store franchise and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training in our company-owned locations and franchisee's location.
Bart’s Car Store name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a minimum of $5,000 on grand-debut advertising during the first three months of operations. You will also spend at least 1% of your gross sales per month on local advertising.
Do I Need Experience?
Automotive sales experience is not required to purchase a Bart’s Car Store franchise. Rather we are seeking individuals who have significant business and management skills, some sales and sales management experience, whom can be trained and genuinely enjoy working with a variety of people. They should have both the desire and ability to build a meaningful business.
