SaniCan was started in 1987 in England, UK. In 2003 it expanded to the US where it was established to offer a mobile Garbage Can cleaning service for residential and commercial users. During this time we have developed our own unique cleaning and sanitizing processes along with equipment designed specifically for the cleaning of Garbage Cans.  

Three Levels of Participation
SaniCan has a franchise program to match your investment goals and operational style. We are offering franchise opportunities for the following investor profiles: start-up, area development and area representative.  

Single Unit Franchise
If you’ve been dreaming of owning a company you can operate from your home office, where you’re in charge of making the calls, meeting with prospective customers, and growing your own business, a SaniCan franchise is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

You will use our exclusive equipment and environmentally friendly products to fight the battle against harmful bacteria and pests to protect your customers and the environment. Choose from residential or residential and commercial equipment options to become a SaniCan Service Provider – it’s up to you!

Area Development
Would you like to own more than one SaniCan franchised unit? You can do so as a SaniCan Area Developer. This program allows you to reserve a large territory for future development. As an Area Developer, you can open and operate up to 10 separate SaniCan franchised locations. For your convenience, the opening of these units is accomplished over a specified period of time. Without question, an Area Development franchise agreement is a great business opportunity!

Area Representative
Do you have outstanding sales ability, coupled with lots of drive, determination and ambition? If so, an Area Representative could be the kind of business opportunity you’ve been looking for. In this capacity, you’ll sell both our Start-Up and Area Development franchise agreements within an assigned territory. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining quality control and maintenance of standards for the SaniCan franchise system within your assigned area. To keep up with all of the latest technology and developments in our franchise system, you’ll own and operate your own SaniCan franchise unit. Santastic Support! 
SaniCan provides the highest level of training and ongoing support to its franchisees. SaniCan and SaniCan Area Representatives will train franchisees in the areas of administration, operations, and sales/marketing. In addition, valuable on-the-job training will acquaint you with our processes, techniques and equipment.

Franchisees will operate under the recognizable SaniCan brand and have full use of our logos and marks. We will provide professional marketing plans and materials, and our excellent Web site serves as an attractive, informational resource for you and your customers.
