Futura Language Professionals is currently seeking a Director/ Owner for our community based Spanish and Mandarin initiatives in South East Texas, which include afterschool enrichment, summer camp, and corporate language training and online instruction. The ideal candidate is highly self motivated, works well independently, is a creative out of the box thinker, and most importantly is enthusiastic about teaching foreign language to young children and adults. This career is best suited for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who would like to work from home and build a large organization.
Experience in education, foreign language, business and people management, a knack for sales, and relationship building are a beneficial. Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an innate ability to prioritize and multi-task.
